FREE CE WEBINAR:

How to Approach a Dog with a Skin Mass

Join Dr. Catherine Chan for an exclusive Boehringer Ingelheim Animal Health Academy (AHA) live and free CE webinar on how to approach a dog with a skin mass.

Webinar Highlights

The skin is one of the most common sites for cancer in pets, and in dogs, approximately one in three skin masses are malignant. In this webinar, we will delve into the history, physical examination, and diagnostic approach for dogs presenting with a skin mass.

The primary focus will be on the cancer biology, prognosis, diagnostics, and treatment options for the two most common skin tumours in dogs: soft tissue sarcoma and mast cell tumour. We’ll also cover other less common, yet clinically relevant, skin tumours such as squamous cell carcinoma, papilloma, melanoma, plasma cell tumour and lymphoma.

To enhance your learning experience, there will be interactive “What is your diagnosis?” questions on various cytology slides of skin tumours in dogs.

This presentation is designed for primary care and specialist veterinarians who wish to deepen their understanding of how to approach a dog with a skin mass in everyday clinical practice.

When?

Thursday 14th November at 6:30-7:30 PM AEST (QLD) or 7:30-8:30 PM AEDT (NSW and other daylight savings areas).
